Let us simplify the LHS first,
LHS = 4(x+5) = 4 × x + 4 × 5 = 4x + 20
And, RHS = 4x + 5
So, we can conclude that, LHS ≠ RHS
Here error is that the distributive property of multiplication has not been followed due to which 4 has been multiplied with x only not with 5.
