List the two methodologies which were involved in human genome project. Mention how they were used.

The human genome project is the project of mapping of the human genome which is about 3x109bp. The methodology that used in this project was expressed sequence tags and sequence annotation. Expressed sequence tags were used to identify all the genes that are expressed as RNA and sequence annotation that focused on the sequencing of total DNA from the cell and converted into random fragments of relatively smaller size.
