Solution:

2x+3y=11
2x=11-3y
Substituting this in 2nd equation, we get
(11-3y)-4y=-2;4
11-7y=-2;4
7y=11+24
y=35/7=5
Substituting value of y
2x=11-3×5
x=-4/2=-2;
Now, to find the value of m, we substitute the values of x and y in the equation
5=m×(-2)+3
m=(5-3)/-2=-1;
