In case of (CH3)3N, nitrogen is sp3 hybridized and pyramidal in shape and no back-bonding i.e. more basic. In case of (SiH3)3N, nitrogen is sp2 hybridized and planar due to back bonding and less basic because the lone pair is not available for donation.
