What type of semiconductor is obtained when Ge is doped with In?

(i) Germanium (Ge) is tetravalent while Indium (In) is trivalent, thus when Ge is doped with In, the semiconductor obtained is p-type semiconductor. (ii) Selenium (Se) is tetravalent while Phosphorous (P) is pentavalent, thus when Se is doped with P, the semiconductor obtained is n-type semiconductor.
