Who gave the slogan of "Do or Die"?

Mahatma Gandhi is known for playing the main role in freeing India from clutches of British. Gandhi made a call to Do or Die in his Quit India speech delivered in Bombay at the Gowalia Tank Maidan on 7 August 1942. In other words, it was the famous 'Do or Die' speech that launched the Quit India movement, or the Bharat Chhodo Andolan - the last major civil disobedience movement organized before India became a sovereign nation in 1947.
