Who invented the electron microscope?

The electron microscope was designed by Knoll and Ruska of Germany in 1932, Marton of Belgium in 1934 and Priebus and Miller of Canada in 1934. It has a very high resolving power. Siemens produced the first commercial transmission electron microscope. The present limit of resolution of the electron microscope is about 3Å.
