(b) PHBV → It is obtained by the copolymerisation of 3-hydroxybutanoic acid and 3-hydroxypentanoic acid. CH₃−CHOH|−CH₂−COOH (3-Hydroxybutanoic acid) and CH₃−CH₂−CHOH|−CH₂−COOH (3-Hydroxypentanoic acid)
(c) Bakelite → The monomeric unit present is formaldehyde and phenol. C₆H₅−OH (Phenol) and HCHO (Formaldehyde)
